    Ma question concerne la membrane de coquille d'oeuf (eggshell membrane). Comment est-elle extraite ? Comment est-il garanti que les protéines, vitamines, etc.. contenues dans la membrane d'oeuf sont conservées actives et non dégradées lors de cette préparation ? D'avance merci.

    Stratum Nutrition (la société qui fournit la membrane de coquille d'œuf NEM) se charge de séparer la membrane de la coquille. Elle utilise un procédé à la vapeur breveté qui sépare la coquille en douceur tout en stérilisant la coquille et la membrane. Les matériaux sont testés avant le traitement à la vapeur et après la séparation de la membrane pour s'assurer qu'ils sont exempts de contaminants microbiologiques et d'impuretés. Le matériel est testé minutieusement après chaque lot pour s'assurer que le produit répond aux spécifications de qualité.
