What is Methly B-12 and what effect does it have?
Methly B-12 refers to methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B-12. Due to its active form, methylcobalamin has a high bioavailability. It can therefore be better absorbed by the body and can also be stored three times longer in the body.
