Vitamin B capsules with betaine from Thorne Research
One can of Thorne Research Methyl-Guard® contains 180 capsules of a mixture of the B vitamins vitamin B6,folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin B12 and the enzyme betaine.
Vitamin B6, B9 and B12 are primarily known for their supportive effect on the immune system and homocysteine metabolism. They also help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, while vitamin B9 supports maternal tissue growth, especially during pregnancy.
