Mango - the food of the gods
Exotic, fruity specialty with a refreshing, intense taste.
Anyone who has tried our mangoes knows what the south tastes like! Their aroma alone is incredibly tempting, not to mention their fantastic taste! The rich, yellow color of the mango and the incomparable aroma are retained even during the gentle drying process (naturally in raw food quality).
Mangoes contain many important nutrients. They are rich in iron, potassium, copper, manganese, magnesium and zinc as well as vitamins A, B3, B5, B6, C and E. Their content of provitamin A (beta-carotene) puts them in the top group of all types of fruit.
Our mangoes have a maximum residual moisture content of 15%. This varies from batch to batch. A slightly higher moisture content is advantageous for the product in that it is easier to chew and more aromatic. However, the product must be stored in a cooler and drier place in order to maintain its quality for a long time.
