What makes KSM-66® Ashwagandha so special?

What is ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha ("withania somnifera") is known as Indian ginseng and belongs to the genus Withania. Thanks to its properties , the root has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for 3000 years.
The plant contains active ingredients such as withanolides, alkaloids, starch, reducing sugars, hentriacontane, dulcitol, withanicil and flavonoids[2].

INGREDIENTS
Dosage: 1 veg. capsule
Ingredients per dosage:
- KSM-66 Ashwagandha (root extract) (Withania somnifera) 300mg*
- Other ingredients: cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

USE
Jarrow Formulas recommends taking one (1) capsule daily once (1) to twice (2) times per day with water. Or after consultation with your doctor/healthcare practitioner.
Not suitable for people with stomach and liver disorders.
