What is inositol?
Inositol (or inositol) is a hexavalent cyclic alcohol and is a component of plants as phytic acid and also of animals as myo-inositol and is found in all tissues in the human body . It has a similar structure to vitamins of the B-complex and is therefore a vitaminoid[1].
