DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with a doctor/health practitioner.
A daily dose of 800mg epigallocatechin gallate should not be exceeded. Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach
