What is Now Foods True Calm?
Now Foods True Calm™ combines the B vitamins niacin and pyridoxine with magnesium, GABA, glycine, taurine, inositol and valerian root.
Niacin (vitamin B3) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) are essential vitamins which, together with the mineral magnesium, play an important role in the functioning of the nervous system . They also support balanced mental function[1].

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

APPLICATION
