What is vitamin B2 and what is it good for?
Vitamin B2 is also known as riboflavin or lactoflavin. As the name suggests, it is one of the B vitamins. Vitamin B2 is primarily involved in protein and energy metabolism, as the body needs vitamin B2 to produce energy from glucose (e.g. glucose) and fatty acids[1].
