What is ZMA®?

ZMA combines zinc, magnesiumaspartateand vitamin B6. In combination, these three substances have a synergistic interaction.

APPLICATION
Now Foods recommends taking three (3) capsules daily for men or two (2) capsules daily for women, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
