    Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), stearic acid (vegetable)

    APPLICATION

    Solgar recommends taking one (1) tablet daily approx. 30 minutes before a meal with plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor or alternative practitioner.
