    What is L-lysine and what effect does it have?

    L-Lysine is one of the essential amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. L-lysine is essential because your body cannot produce it itself and you have to get it through food. As an important building block for the body's own proteins, L-lysine is partly responsible for the formation of numerous tissues and cells.

    • L-Lysine (as L-Lysine HCI free form) 1000 mg

    Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable glycerin.

    Free from gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial colors

    APPLICATION

    Take one (1) tablet up to two (2) times daily, between meals, or as directed by a doctor.
