One can of Source Naturals Guggulsterones contains 120 tablets of guggul extract . One tablet contains a dosage of 37.5 mg guggul extract, 10% guggulsterone (375 mg).
What is Guggulsterones and what effect does it have?
Guggulsterone is a phytosterol, i.e. an existing chemical compound from the sterol class, and is obtained from the resin of the guggul plant(Commiphora mukul) . Guggulsterones are the main active ingredient in guugul.
Commiphoramukul is more commonly known as the Indian bdellium tree or mukul myrrh tree and grows in northern India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Guggul has long been used in Asian Ayurvedic medicine for its effects. [ 1 ] It is full of plant compounds such as essential oils, flavonoids, but also amino acids and carbohydrates.

Ingredients: Guggul extract (standardized to 10% guggulsterones), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide; coating agent: carboxylmethylcellulose
APPLICATION
Take 1 tablet per day between meals with plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
