    Ubiquinol is the active and non-oxidized form of coenzyme Q10, which can be optimally absorbed and immediately utilized by the human body without having to be converted first. Co-enzyme Q10 has antioxidant properties and is able to neutralize free radicals .

    In addition, coenzyme Q10 is found in every cell of the body, as it is an important energy supplier for the mitochondria .[1] High concentrations of Q10 are found in organs and tissues that have a high energy requirement , e.g. in the muscles, heart, liver and brain.

    Take one (1) softgel per day with a meal and plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
