What is Healthy Fiber™ from Healthy Origins?
Sunfiber® is water-soluble dietary fiber made from the Indian guar bean . In this process , crushed guar beans are enzymatically broken down into smaller units to make them more soluble and digestible .
Since the Healthy Fiber™ powder is tasteless , it can be mixed into many different drinks or food . Sunfiber® from Healthy Origins is free from allergens, preservatives, added sugars or artificial ingredients.
What is dietary fiber?
Dietaryfiber (also called fiber or plant fiber) refers to complex carbohydrates that play an important role in digestion ,[1] among other things.
Dietary fibers include:

- inulin
- cellulose
- hemicellulose
- agar-agar
- guar
- lignin
There are two different types of dietary fiber: water-soluble and water-insoluble. Water-soluble fiber is primarily found in foods such as fruit and vegetables , while water-insoluble fiber is mainly found in whole grain products[2].

APPLICATION
Healthy Origins recommends stirring 1 level scoop (7.5g) per day into 250ml of water or another drink until the powder has dissolved.
